The player from Quebec faced an issue when trying to activate a free bonus which had 2 hours left. Despite contacting support and sending an email, he was told it was no longer available. We ended up closing the complaint.

This casino offered a 30$ onlywin free bet.


It had 2 hours remaining to activate it.

It wasnt activated because of their sytem.

I contact support, I took the time to write a e-mail on my time.

They answer by telleing me they couldnt do anything about it.

That the freebet was'nt available anymore.

There was still 2hours remaining when I saw it, so it was available.

But their system didnt let me place it

My time is mine, not theirs.



If they propose a freebet available for X amouint of time and then when I decide to polace it, and still 2hours remaining, i expect them to fix it, not coming with excuses.


I decided then to close the account.


If a casino is not worthed of their word, they are worth nothing.

A bonus is something like a gift from the casino that the casino can decide which player is eligible for it. Unfortunately, we cannot penalize the casino if they didn't grant you the bonus, nor can we force the casino to give it to you, especially now, when you closed your account.

It's not about bonus policy, they advertise this bonus, I was in the time frame of the bonus, it's simple as that. Their was even a countdown. Of course I closed the account. Why would I have an account in a place where they dont even respect theyre own words? They advertise a bonus, they display a time frame, they dont respect it. Thats why I'm telling you it's not about policy bonus, except if the policy is not respecting theyre own words, which is openly lying. I have no time for un-trusworthy casinos, thas why they need to be dowgraded. Time is very important, do I complain, on my time? And why should I take the time to be in a casino that display a bonus with a time frame, then dont respect ? Then take again my time to write to support and then they dont fix it. They dont have a word, there is plenty of casinos, of course I closed the account, they proved I can't trust their words. Simple. Nobody should caution that kind of behavior from an online casino, even if its a bonus. They adverise it with a countdown time frame, and dont even respect it. If they have no word how are they in this industry ?
