The player from Greece is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings due to ongoing verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I am contacting you to submit to you in writing the complaint about the website under the name n1casino. This site refuses to refund my game winnings to them on the pretext that the identification documents I have sent them are not correct, legible, etc, etc. They are the same identification documents that I have successfully used on other sites such as OPAP, Novibet etc. Until today it has not been possible for me to make a withdrawal using misleading and unfair behavior against me. Documents that have been sent again and again are rejected unfairly and repeatedly! Last development they ask me to certify a bank card that was lost a year ago and replaced with a new one with which apparently they accepted my deposits! I have already made a complaint to the Hellenic Gaming Control Commission but I want to publish it to you as well. So that no one gets angry with these gangsters again!
Dear apostolosvamvakousis,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Do I understand correctly that verifying the payment method seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
