The player from the UK had an issue with the account verification process at MyStake Casino. Despite successfully completing two stages, his proof of identity was not accepted. He attempted to communicate with the casino via email but received no response. The Complaints Team extended the timer for his response by 7 days, but the player did not respond. Therefore, we had to reject the complaint due to lack of further information from the player.

I opened an account with MyStake on 2 days ago and have been playing and making deposits totalling around £750 with no issues. After winning some money I looked into withdrawals and had to complete account verification first. I have completed this and 2 stages are showing as done but proof of identify is not, despite sending a clear copy of my drivers licence and a selfie as requested. I can no longer upload and have been told to contact them via email but I have had no response yet.


I currently have a balance of over £2000 and want to withdraw it but can’t see how they will let me complete account verification.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
