The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 5 months. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
I made a first withdrawal request on January 4, but after waiting 3 months without result, the request was automatically canceled by the site. I made a second request on April 4 but still no response. Every time I write to the customer service they always reply the same way " your request is under control for authorization ..."

Hi Nick, yes, my account has been verified since December 2022, and winnings have been made by playing for real money. The last time I wrote to the casino it must have been 20 days, to always receive the same response "the request is under control" as if it were a recorded phrase.
I forgot to add the reason why I had contacted the casino....always the same, I asked at what stage my file was, which bears the number 312113576

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
