Hi, I requested a payment of 4700 euros on 6th January 2022. It has been more than 2 months and the casino tells me that tests need to be done and it won't be long before I get my money. every day I write to the live chat the answer is always the same: that with the high number of withdrawal requests I have to be patient that my withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible. I've been sending emails to the vip manager mitch@mrsloty.com every day for a month, also to support@mrsloty.com WITHOUT EVER GETTING AN ANSWER.
