Hello, I applied for a payout of 5000 euros on March 25th, 2022. It's been over 3 months now and the casino is telling me that tests need to be done and that it won't be long before I get my money. Unfortunately they say it's been more than 2 months. Then on June 25th they canceled the payment with the reason

I never got an explanation from them why my payout was classified as a risk. The payout from me was not even looked at or checked. They just don't want to pay out. My account has also been verified since March. It's my first payout. What can I do there

Could you please advise since when exactly is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did you request for a new withdrawal since it was canceled?

My account has been verified since March 24th.
I didn't use any kind of bounties.
I communicate every day with the live chat. The last time was yesterday and yes I have directly ordered a new payout and I will be put off with the excuses that always come. I've been waiting for more than 3 months and they are now telling me that the new payment should be processed within 7 to 21 working days. That was the case with the first request, but nothing happens. Nobody can tell me why my first payout was classified as a risk. If I want clear statements, the live chat tells me that they cannot say anything because they are only the live chat and the finance department takes care of it and they are sent a reminder. They say I should send inquiries to support@mrsloty.com but I haven't received any answers for months. I was also in contact with mitch@mrsloty.com 2 months ago but he just doesn't answer me anymore and that's the person who also worked on cases with you here from mrsloty casino from time to time.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
