My withdrawal of £6000 is repeatedly cancelled. I made the initial request on December 4th.


I have not payed with any bonuses whatsoever.


I've have four previous withdrawals go through fine, ranging from £200 to £9000. However, with this withdrawal I'm constantly told there is a tech issue and it will be fixed and the management are on the case.


I like the site, the games are good the service up until now had been great.

Do I understand it correctly that you have been verified in the past? When was the last time you successfully processed a withdrawal from them? Are you using the same method? As the casino experiencing issues with the payment provider, did they suggest you to try to use a different method?

It's a common issue that there might be issue with the providers and if you did not use any bonuses, the withdrawal should be processed sooner or later. If they really having issues, it might take longer to fix it now during holidays. If there is any other way you could withdrawal, maybe you should consider using a different method.
