The player from the UK requested withdrawal a few weeks ago, and it’s been pending since. As there was no response from the casino after repeated attempts to make contact, the complaint is unresolved.
I requested withdrawal on 11th september but i keep been advised by a useless live chat and email service that it is still pending .all though my account is fully verified. I can see by reviews that alot of people have not got there money from this company and expetienced been fobbed off with keep been told to be patient as the department is busy .on their website it says withdrawals take up to 72 days .please help me to get my money and put my mind at rest im not been scammed

Hi thank you for taking the time to help me to resolve. I can confirm that this is the first and last withdrawal i have requested from this company and also confirm that there was a active bonus on deposit which i fully did the required wagering to complete and this was cash balance to withdrswal. Im going to email you documents now

I am still been fobbed off by this company and stated timeline has now exceded 21 days . No one takes ownership and resolves the issues.. please help to resolve . I feel like im been scammed.

I understand your frustration, but as I have yet to make contact with the casino I request your continued patience at this point. I’m afraid there is not much that can be done without some cooperation from their side.
We would like to ask Mr.Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I tried to get in touch with the casino repeatedly but without success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from them. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach. I recommend you take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating. I wish I could be of more help.
