I have made a withdrawal request on 09/05/22 The casino page rules for the withdrawal time are 24-48h. The casino also markets 24-48h, "fast payouts", etc. After the withdrawal, the casino announced a processing time of 7-21days only business says are counted The chat is equivalent to "be patient", "apologies for the delay . relying on customer service messages about the integrity of the casino. I have followed the rules. the roll-over 50x is filled.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Ive contacted them via the online chat and I’m still getting the same generic reply that they great full for my patients and they dealing with it but no one can give me a date when ill be paid


Its a joke if you look at the high play throu bonus amount they set . and then when u someone finally manage to do that and win some money they delay paying .


If they paid out quickly not only would i have told all my friends and people at work that i found a great casino but i would have lost some of my winnings with them . Now Im telling every one to stay away from them .

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
