The player from the United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal almost three weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.

Withdrawal was made 6th May 2022. No movement on this and still sat in "awaiting" state. Been on chat numerous times to chase with no luck. Latest chat pictures attached.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes first withdrawal. The money was won on sports betting. The withdrawal was requested on the 6th of May. I did not use a bonus and my account is fully verified.

We would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no response. I’m afraid there is not much that can be done without cooperation from its side.
