I played at the Bethall casino, and when I won, they blocked my account and I couldn't play anymore. But the worst part is that they told me to make a deposit so I could withdraw, which I did. Then they said my account was faulty and didn't deposit my winnings back. They returned my winnings to the account, and now they're asking me for another deposit of 1000 pesos to withdraw. It doesn't seem fair to me because I was already able to withdraw, and they didn't give me my winnings.

Playing at the casino wasn't bad; I was in the VIP program because I was there for so long. A long payout time of 7 days wasn't a surprise, but 9 days was a total nightmare. The payout only happened because the VIP team contacted me, and I had already made three withdrawals. They reported it to the finance department, and all the withdrawals were transferred. However, I've been excluded from the bonus since then. This also applies to other casinos run by the former Rabidicroup, even though I don't play all the time. What really annoys me is that if you win large amounts, you're excluded from the bonus program, and you can no longer convert your accumulated bonus coins into bonus money, nor can you use the bonus crab you accumulate through deposits... all in all, it's a huge mess...
