The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. Even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint, there was no progress.

I made a withdrawal over a month ago through this casino for bitcoin amounting to a total of £505. I have used no bonuses or anything like that. I have contacted customer service multiple times and received the same response "be patient". I have given up now, I feel like I'm never getting this money and I have been scammed. If you could help that would be much appreciated, thank you.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified already? Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

  1. My account is fully verified
  2. Its an internal casino system issue; as far as I'm aware, there are no problems with my account in particular.
  3. Yes the withdrawal is still on 'awaiting' and hasn't been processed.

We would like to ask Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.

Since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
