The player from UK has been waiting for his winnings since March. Casino didn't respond.

I made a withdrawal on thw 26th March for £110 and some pence.
Although when questioning the named casino they always fob me off stating its with the verification team or the responsible dept and can take 7-21 business days.
What the check are they checking.

It was funds available for withdrawel.
So reached and past the wagering requirements.
The withdrawel is pending.
The casino state it can take between 7 and 21 business days to come through.
We are past this time scale now.

If the casino will not reply I'll give them another week for an answer and if they'll not reply at all I'll close the complaint as unresolved. This will have a negative effect on their rating.
Unfortunately, this casino doesn't have a license so if this will be the scenario you'll probably not see your winnings.
We would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
