can you kindly help please retrieve A withdrawal that has been pending since the 07/01/2022.
i waited until the limit was over.
it supposed to be between 3 and 21 days business day.
and yet nothing was yet processed.
They keep sending standard email when I’m complaining.
there is not excuse on why it that long.
our deposit are processed straight away, why payment are so slow.
