We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions. We’ve reopened this complaint as per the player’s request. i applied for withdrawal on my 7/9/21 and today is the 15/9/21 still on payout everytime I message them in chat or email I get told to wait patiently it has been 29 working days and get brushed off when asking what is going on with my withdrawal because it’s well over the 7/21working days that I was told to wait for no one can tell me what is going on when I check my account it’s still on pending/awaiting I’ve had enough

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

"No I haven’t received any money messages after messages been told wait patiently now it’s been 41 working days and still no payment I won the money with no bonus message after message I get nowhere being told every day they’ll send a reminder with no outcome"

It will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way and further cementing it's reputation in the lower ranks on our website. I understand that this resolution might not be satisfactory for you, but we have our hands tied in this situation. According to our information this casino does not operate with a valid license, therefore we are not able to even suggest any further steps.
