Hi


I made a withdrawal of £1800 on 3rd December. Status of withdrawal said completed on 23rd December, I still have not received it!


I have had a look on trustpilot and it seems that not receiving withdrawals is a common problem with Mr Sloty. 


Will I ever get my winnings, please help?

I have made a withdrawal of £100 about 2 months ago and it went through fine.


I am fully verified.


I was only playing with real money, my own deposit, no bonus.


I will take screenshots of my conversations with mr sloty and get back to you ASAP.

all of my past conversations with them they have already deleted, all that's left is this morning's conversations.


I have been asking them for an update on my withdrawal for the last 3-weeks and they always give the same response 7 to 21 working days. As soon as I'm about to ask my next question any operator I've ever spoken to has just cut me off and ended the chat. It took them 3 weeks to finally acknowledge my withdrawal request and once the status was finally completed on the 23rd December, I asked them why it was not in my bank yet and they said because the holidays are approaching it may take a few more days, please be patient.


At that point I thought let me check trustpilot and there were hundreds upon hundreds of complaints about Mr sloty not paying withdrawals. That is when I started getting worried.


So I contacted them again and asked when can I expect to see my withdraw and they gave me the same answer in a few days please be patient, and then immediately they end the chat before I can ask my next question. So I immediately pressed call and it rang twice and then the operator hung up on me the very operator who was talking to me their initials are Iv. According to trustpilot this is what they do and they don't pay the withdrawal.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino.


Since this casino operates without an official license, I am not able to recommend any further steps. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
