The player from Canada has deposited money into her account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Deposited $50 through interact online after 45 mins I contacted the chat all I got was a message ebb an hour later saying they were closed. It Auto deposited and all fields were filled out correctly as I sent them my screen shot. It’s been 4 hours now and still nothing all I though I have the email it was deposited. This is very very shady I do not recommend . I only went on as per good reviews. I had made a deposit in the past with no trouble but just because I had success with a deposit one time the second time they steal it. This is a scam scam scamscamm

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.
