I have requested my withdrawals and my account has been blocked on the grounds that I am using a credit card that is not in my name.
That's right. I used my mother's card and that was also allowed for the deposit because you can give my credit card holder any name and it is not made clear that you can only make deposits with a card that is in his name.
I don't think that's fair because you could simply fill in the field with the name of the account holder when making a deposit so that it is clear that it has to be a card that was issued to him.
This is not fair in my eyes as I finally had my mother's permission to use this card.

Ich habe meine Auszahlungen beantragt und mein Konto wurde gesperrt mit der Begründung das ich eine Kreditkarte benutzen die nicht auf meinen Namen ausgestellt ist.
Das ist richtig. Ich habe die Karte meiner Mutter benutzt und bei der Einzahlung war das auch zulässig da man mein Kreditkarteninhaber irgendeinen Namen angeben kann und es nicht klar gestellt ist das man nur mit einer Karte Einzahlungen durchführen kann die auf seinen Namen lauten.
Ich finde das nicht gerecht da man ganz einfach bei der Einzahlung das Feld mit dem Namen des Accountinhabers ausfüllen könnte so das es klar ist das es eine Karte sein muss die auf Ihn ausgestellt wurde.
Das ist in meinen Augen nicht fair da ich schliesslich die Erlaubniss meiner Mutter hatte diese Karte zu benutzen.

Yes, at least before you close everything, so to speak, you would have to give the customer the opportunity to provide a credit card with his name for the payout and to point out to the customer during the deposit that this is against the rules, which you have not done.
I think that this is common practice with you and you don't point it out to anyone because you usually lose money too. As soon as payouts come, of course, look how we can prevent this money from being paid out and of course that is a simple reason to refuse the payout.
I am not the only one who has this happened so I would ask you not to give anyone the opportunity to deposit funds that are not on their credit card.

ja man hätte wenigestens bevor man alles sozusagen schliesst dem Kunden die Möglichkeit geben eine Kreditkarte mit seinem Namen für die Auszahlung bereit zu stellen und den Kunden bei der Einzahlung darauf hinzuweisen das dies gegen die Regeln verstößt was Sie aber nicht getan habe.
Ich denke das dies bei Ihnen Gang und Gebe ist und Sie auch niemanden darauf hinweisen da meistens ja auch Geld bei Ihnen verloren wird. Sobald aber Auszahlungen kommen schauen Sie natürlich wie können wir es verhindern dieses Geld auszuzahlen und da ist das natürlich ein einfacher Grund die Auszahlung abzulehen.
Ich bin nicht der einzige dem das passiert ist daher würde ich Sie doch bitten auch keinem die Möglichkeit zu geben Gelder einzuzahlen die nicht von seiner Kreditkarte sind.

The only possible solution at this time would be for your mother to request a charge back of the unauthorized transaction and get a refund of deposited amount €160. This request might be filed with her bank.
