Hello, Yes my account was already verified and I had been using it for almost 10 or 11 months without problem until the casino decided to close my account for an IP conflict. My account remained blocked for almost a year and finally the CEG decided that I should be reimbursed after a complaint. And since then I haven't been able to get my money back! Before when I entered my data I was told that my account was blocked but since it told me that my account is unlocked I can't do anything. The last time I heard from them was 3 days ago and they told me to wait until the casino is still investigating my account connection problem for withdrawing my money. It's complicated and it's been going on for almost 3 weeks. I feel like I'm being cheated because in my opinion for MR.bet support it's normally a small problem
