Case summary

The player from Alabama had contested the casino's claim that he had used a bonus code multiple times from the same IP. Despite this, he had been refused a $50 payout after playing by the rules and submitting the necessary documents. The player had been asked for additional information and documents to verify his account. However, he did not respond to the requests for further details. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

Hello hunterswork1993,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Mr. O Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Would it be possible to forward those e-mails and your deposit and bonus history to nikolas.b@casino.guru? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hello hunterswork1993,

Most of these promotional e-mails are sent out automatically to all the players. Unfortunately, if they clearly states in their terms that you can't claim a free bonus multiple times, the player has to respect it (and read the terms). We would like to see the casinos implement such technology which would prevent the players from claiming multiple bonuses in row but it is not an industry standard yet.

I hope you understand that you can't just keep claiming free bonuses until you win from one of them as these bonuses are purely a good-will of the casino.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?

Regards,

Nick
