I sent all the videos to them but some were too large. I’ve had the account a month and it happened without fail and it’s frustrating because at this point they are aware and have been of the issue and yet continue to stay open rather than putting their players experience last so they can profit without providing a solid platform. fileI will try and send the other videos seperate but yeah I have proof and they say they are doing their best to resolve the issue but if they were they would stop do a temporary shut down and do the right thing.

It doesn’t let me upload videos. Also the pitboss of the casino has ignored my last two emails and has no regard to make it right when I feel like they haven’t fullfilled their promises of fair gaming. I think a refund isn’t asking too much as they have yet to commit to fixing the issue

They keep saying they aren’t having errors etc and it’s on my site and this message clearly states it’s on the website it’s appalling they have no regard to do the right thing when evidence proves them to be at fault

They kept reassuring me that the problem would be fixed and they were new and trusted then yes I’ve lost 300 by playing and not given a fair chance to win

Nope unfortunately I didn’t think I would continue to have problems yet casinos always pursued you to believe there’s nothing wrong with there site. I’ve also uploaded a 12 minute video on you tube of the issues I can send you that link

Hello Player007,

As long as you had no remaining money I would simply recommend to move to a different casino. Unfortunately you can't expect a refund once you lost all your money. If you have experienced issues you should not have play until it is resolved or simply withdrawing the remaining balance.
