I am playing at mostbet casino from November i made deposit 3-4 times and also taken 2 withdrawals however the issue is regarding my last withdrawal which i requested on 22 November and amount 4150 the withdrawal status is showing successful however i have not received the money till now in my bank i already contacted their support team and provided them my bank statements they told it will take max 72 hours to investigate that time is also over now they are saying they don't have any definate time and not helping me , i request casinoguru team to kindly help me,

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
