The player from India has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. We contacted the casino and found out that for some reasons the withdrawal requests were declined and the money was returned to the player. The player continued to play with his funds until his balance became zero. Unfortunately, we were forced to reject the complaint since the money in question were gambled away by the player without waiting for the decision of our complaint resolution center.

i made 2 withdrawal on same date,but they declined one withdrawal and one withdrawal is still processing already 4 days passed.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

We can attach file here, there were no withdrawal attempts after 5th of November and balance now is only 0.63 rupees.

Decline was from side of our securiy department, it declines withdrawals when there is suscipicious activity, but it doesn't mean that client cannot withdrawal it at all, he could do it but after some time, what was in this case of our client.

I've received more documents from the casino, in which it's clearly visible that after your withdrawal requests were declined and the money returned back to your balance, you continue to make stakes and lost your balance. I'm afraid we cannot do anything when players decide to play with their own money without waiting for the verdict of complaints resolution centers.
