My account is frozen so I sent the required documents on email, got the reply as verification is complete but given the dates of August for skype call, I can’t wait that much longer so I request to schedule a skype call earlier in this week and unfreeze my account.file

Yes, I made withdrawals in the past already. I was playing casino game. And it doesn’t include bonuses in my winnings.
