I've been wanting to withdraw money to my account for a few days now, but it won't accept the transaction. I've tried various methods, but I can't get the money because the transaction is always rejected.

I already wrote to support, but they just said to try again in 2-3 days. Now I don't have the mastercard withdraw option at all.. I would like to ask for help to solve this problem.
