since months I am asking them to block my account, as I have gambling issues. Typically, they offeree me some bonus and freebets to stay and play. First, I took the bonus and continued making deposits and gambling, but later whrn I lost more and more I insisted on closing the account and wrote them daily. Once again, they tried to convibce me by telling me that I will get a freebet and cashbacks if I continue playing and losing. Now, wince I refuse to accept their offere, they are just ignoring my daily mails. Can not get a response from my VIP manager nor from block@megapari.com... I can still login right now. If you want, I can send you screenshots of our mail conversations...

problem has been now solved. Megapari has promised me to close my account by Friday, once I have sent them a proof that I am currently in a treatment process and also has offered me some freebets as an apology.

Dear Tomas, after talking to my VIP manager again, the freebets will be converted to cash and I am allowed to withdraw that refunded cash before my account is closed. We came to an agreement and I am very thankful to my VIP manager for solving the issue.
