I just recently joined megapari and after playing few days they asked me to do self verification which I completed already. Fortunately I was in profit and suddenly they suspended my account saying 'The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason' but they refunded all my amount which was there in my account. Now I am unable to place any bets in megapari and they have not provided any reason as well.

Thank you for responding to my query. Below are the details you requested in our previous thread:


1. I have played sports betting.

2. The complete balance is withdrawn by me as told by Megapari. There is no balance left on my account.

3. Last I contacted them on 15th March 2024 and the same response I received from them that they can refuse anyone to place bets without any reason



I was very happy with their services in short span of time but got disappointed when they restricted my account to place bets without providing any reason behind it.

This is totally unacceptable. When I was loosing that time you people didn't had any issues and when I started winning few games Megapari restrict my account to place bets without giving any reasons. Seriously????

I would appreciate if you people provide some logical clarification instead of giving excuse. Not sure how your company is still surviving with this kind of services and behavior towards customers. Really disappointed with MEGAPARI

After further communication with the casino, we were informed that the breach of casino games occurred during sports betting game play.
