Sir I deposited an amount of 7500 , it is deducted from my bank account as well as the e wallet , I am currently unemployed and I just wanted to earn something so that I feel iam not worthless , but the operator rejected the transaction 2 times , their is no refund given , nor deposit is there , this money means a lot to me , I could not sleep for 2 days , atleast they should refund it or deposit it, but not hide it , I contacted customer care and everyone , but no result , I am loosing hope in life and in this ,please help me retrieve it

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • I feel so sad and depressed by this , i used 7500 and that's a big amount for an unemployed person like me , and now they ask me to pay the same amount, and their is no assurance that they will again telle that it is suspicious and block my account with 15000 of deposit , if my details were wrong how would I deposit 2 times before this happened, and I have all the files documents and photos of my account number , bank statements , how can someone say that it is false , I can also show my bank statement to everyone with the password , bank statement can't be false , it's the operator who is scamming me and the company is trying to say my details are wrong, I would file a cyber fir against them and ask my parents to take them to court

Even after giving all the details and it clearly shows there were successful deposit before they blame it on me , it's my money that's lost , and they act as if they are victim , and they threaten me to block my account , that's how they treat their customer who spend money with 0 profit and only paid them , all details are correct , they are not even able to assure if I pay them again will they block me or if they will again not deposit it , and make 7500 to 15000 , and just block my account, how can this be safe with such behaviour

And one more question is if they want to confirm my details by asking me to pay again, why is there a need to pay the same amount , if they want to verify my name account number and credentials they can do that even if I send them a small amount ,

their customer chat person tells me to follow their email person and pay them 7500rs again , and then I pay them make a total of 15000 rs , the scam makes a total of 15000rs ,

Sir after you help , again the amount of 3500 rs is rejected by your operator , sir why do they do this again and again, the money is deducted from my bank account and again not deposit in my game account, please take a note of your operator who receives our money , this is happening with many people that deposit is rejected and the money is gone
