I am Nuzhat Pe****n, a 3 year old client of Megapri Casino. I have already submitted my National ID card (Aadhar Card) to the Megapri security team. And also, send the Pan Card to the Megapri security team, but they haven't confirmed whether my ID has been verified or not yet.Earlier I said that regarding complain id 132693, I am a verified client, but it's from my side. Because I sent Megapari all the necessary documents, but they haven't responded to my email.But I don't know if Megapri verified my account or not. I already uploaded the nation ID card to their app and sent it through email.And when I wanted to ask Casino Guru to verify my KYC with Megapri, you guys closed my complaint.And in complaint number 132693, you said you are a verified client, and I am also not denying that I am a verified client. I have sent all the necessary documents to Megapri, but I have assured them that I am a verified client from my side . However, Megapri has not responded yet even after sending documents so I don't know whether I am verified form Megapri side or not .I require your assistance in asking them. My complaint was closed and you requested that I revert to complaint id 132693. And I mentioned the same things, but they still couldn't reopen it.I require your assistance in requesting Megapri's request that I send all the documents, including the Pan Card and other cards, and also upload them to their app.But they not clearly said whether I am verified or not as per my side I fulfill everything to call myself verified client please help me to ask Megapri side

Respected Veronika, I hope you are doing well.I contacted Megapri KYC security department on April 18, 2024 and sent my Aadhar card. I also uploaded the same Aadhar card to their document uploading portal in their app.I also sent it to their Telegram support team, but they are not clearly stating whether my account is fully verified or not, even though I have completed all the steps.I am attaching the date on which I contacted them.I attached the documents on April 18th and I asked for my KYC status through the live chat portal several times, but they couldn't answer me properly.

Yes, respected Veronika. My issue is only related to KYC verification. Even after sending all the documents, Megapari hasn't confirmed my KYC status.Even earlier, in April, my Megapri app showed a notification saying to upload an Aadhar card or address proof, which is a national ID card. I successfully completed it, but Megapri hasn't confirmed anything about it either.I just requested to ask Megapri if my KYC has been verified or not because I sent all the documents but they are not responding to me. The current balance is Indian national rupees of 2600 and yes I am able to use it and I accessed today at Indian time 5:00 PM on Friday 2024 but still I wanted to know what is the status of my kyc because I uploaded the documents in the app and send it to their mailing security department KYC team but they haven't confirmed yet about my kyc will completed successfully or not

As a respected representative of Megapri, I saw an option in my Megapri app in April that asked me to upload my national ID card, Aadhar Card.And I successfully uploaded it. I also sent the Aadhar card to your security team, Telegram support team, and Megapri chat support team and also email support team .And I know you guys don't need any verification related to my account, but I still uploaded it to your app and it was showing. I sent it to your email team.
