Do I understand it correctly that you have 2 accounts there? Can you please advise why did you create a second account?

Please note that you can never create multiple accounts in any online casino and once you do the casino has right to confiscate any balance and block both of them.

That time in my first account i am faceing deposit issue. That's y i created another account in my wife name. And i deposited 30k inr. Sir that time i don't know creating multiple account violate casino policy. But sir in my first account i lost too much money. Hello manraja83,

As stated above, you can never create multiple account in any online casino and by doing so you breached the terms and conditions. The casino has every right to confiscate any balance and block both of your accounts.

The complaint will be now closed for the above explained reason.
