When i started to play, they had a withdrawal limit between £50-2000. Now they changed it: 150-500. Every withdrawal request needs to be reviewed by the payment team and this can take up to 36 hours. SO... If you request 2000 withdrawal / 500 = 4 times to wait up to 36 hours per request. My last adventure with this casino: 180 withdrawal and the next day 260 withdrawal. On the 30.03 first withdrawal accepted, then the next one accepted, but on the 09.04 still no money into my bank account. I had so many requests via online chat and email, everytime they saying the payment department accepted the withdrawal request, but their provider had some techical problems. In the end i've lost £740, because the provider couldn't fix their technical problems in two weeks. Nearly two f******g weeks. This is my honest review. Please do not use this casino! They cheat alot, invoking their TC, money laundering, etc. Even you will self exclude, they will reactivate your account.

How many withdrawal did you process in the past? Since when is your account fully verified? Did the casino explain why did they lower your withdrawal limit? Could you please elaborate the self-exclusion request?

*Self exclusion request: because i lost everything. Too much time to wait between withdrawals - they doing that on purpose, knowing the player is tempted to gamble.

*No info about the withdraw lowering

*Had a few successfull withdrawals in the past

*Your "case summary" is wrong. I'm unsatysfied just because of that - already explained in the initial message about the "accepted withdrawals" , then rejected withdrawal. Nearly two weeks since they accepted my request to withdraw, but no money in my bank account. Finally the money returned into casino account and i lost everything. They said they accepted the withdrawal, but their provider had some problems, that's the reason they don't sent the money into my bank account.

Unfortunately, cases like these might happen in the future again. But in this specific one, where you already lost your balance, I believe we can do nothing. If you would still have it or it would be pending, we could try to get in touch with them to find out what might be the issue but it's impossible now.

As your balance was played to zero, we will be forced to close the complaint. Also the summary will be changed according to your describtion above.
