Dear Ed,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but three months is unusually long time.


Could you please forward attach a screenshot of your pending withdrawal when replying?

Thank you so much for the reply. I really hope you can help me.


I've requested the withdrawal for bank transfer and the casino says it's still in process. So they haven't made the payment yet and they haven't reached out to me about anything.


I pretty much begged them to pay me because I'm in debt. I even sent them proof of my looming eviction. They just don't care.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Maximal Wins Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate https://casino.guru/maximal-wins-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reputation.  We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Maximal Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
