After making some deposits i finally managed to complete wager on a bonus,

after Verification was completed, i sent in a withdraw request.

This has now been pending over a month, the casino just asks me to be patient and cant say when it will be porcessed.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Yes, the withdraw has been pending for over a month now.


Since I was was verified before I made withdraw, it should not be any reason for them to take this long.

We would like to ask Maximal Wins Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Dear christian,

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.
