An Estonian player is having withdrawal issues with Marvel Casino due to multiple account accusations and high bets. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
My problem is that Marvel casino tricks people with their withdrawal issues. I had a problem with multiple accounts (absolutely my bad choices but that is not the case)
I won a substantial amount of money and when i tried to withdraw it Marvel casinos customer service then sent me a letter saying that my fine for having multiple accounts is that i should wager my winnings 5 times. Which is ok and which i succeeded to do. I tried to withdraw it once more, then they said that i've violated the terms by playing with too high bets and said that i have to wager it again (if i would have succeeded doing so they probably would think of another reason not to give me my winnings) I tried to find that wagering information on their webpage, in bonus terms, general terms or payments, there is nothing and that makes me think that the casino is just tricking people. which is simply not ok.
