My wd was not processed because I was accused of having another ID.. even though I was offered a new member bonus by the relevant team.. and the bonus was even activated before I made a deposit..

Please help..

this is proof of one of my conversations with the team related to M88 who stated that the bonus was active even though I had not made a deposit... and the related team only explained the terms and conditions, only rollover x 8.

from the picture, it's proven that the bonus is active and that way my account is safe to get the welcome bonus.
