The player's unable to verify as the casino is non responsive. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I am a german gambler and i play from time to time at Lucky Vegas, losing and winning and in the past i have withdrawn smaller amounts already.
Three months ago i deposited 300 euros and i am up to 1800 euros, that i want to withdraw. When i click to withdraw, an error pops up and it says "we need more details from you" - but it does not say what exactly. As said i was verified already and i sent all documents. I reached out to support via chat and email multiple times over the last 2 weeks and no single answer.at least 5 emails i sent, no single answer, nothing.
What can i do? Its a maltese platform, operating under a skillonnet licence. What would you guys do next?
