Done a withdrawal on the 18th off May 4 300 pound and still waiting I dnt think I will ever c my money. I have deposited over 200 pound with this casio i dnt here back or anything I am really worried the phone number does not work its invaled

Could you please confirm that you have completed account verification successfully? Have you received any funds previously or this was your first withdrawal request?

Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

  • Yes my account as been verified and I send my id aswell when I phone its a dating site. Got a email saying the withdrawal needs looked at and everything. So I have lost alot off money due 2 this. I have never received any money from them. Or any withdrawal. Its my first time with them.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Lucky Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
