The casino later informed us that the issue regarding the accusation of a performing a chargeback in a different casino has been resolved. The casino requested the player to provide additional documents to verify her identity. The player followed the casino's instructions and later informed us that the issue had been successfully resolved.

I made deposits using BTC only. When it came to withdrawing I had to fill out a form for account approval and send license, etc. Well the finance department has responded that "We received a notification that you`ve made a reversal with some other RTG property. Unfortunately, we do not possess any addition information in regards. Please kindly contact the web-site you were or are gaming with for the case resolution. As for now, the approval of your account is on hold.". No further information was provided. 1) what does another rtg property that you cannot name have to do with approving my account after I have deposited and played at your casino. particuarly since the account has been open since the casino opened. 2) you have my deposits bitcoin, no problem. Can you casino guru tell me which authority I can contact to help me with this matter. Since the company is licensed in Curacao do I contact someone there? Thanks for your help.

Please understand that if you have requested a chargeback from any online casino in the past you will face difficulties in the majority of gambling establishments in the future. I would suggest paying off the previous chargeback and explain the whole situation to Lucky Tiger Casino. I don’t guarantee it will resolve this specific issue, but it will definitely help to prevent any further misunderstandings.

Hi. I copied the one email in my original complaint. I don't have any more emails from the casino. I use Bitcoin. I don't know of which casino says I have charged back

If you are aware of placing a chargeback in the past, you should be able to check it on your statement or inside your e-wallet. I'm not sure how we could help you to locate it.
