Just waiting on a withdrawal. Sent in documentation as requested. Was told that the documents were accepted and my identity verified and that my withdrawal was in the queue. After another 24 hours I checked back with a representative who said I was still being processed. When I said that I was already told that I was approved in the withdrawal was in the queue, I was asked to provide the Bitcoin wallet again. When I first tried to contact customer service I was responded to within a minute or two. As soon as I started asking about the withdrawal it started taking hours for anyone to respond. They keep trying to get me to cancel the withdrawal which I have declined to do. I just don't think I'm ever going to see the money. I was told 24 to 48 hours is the longest and it's been longer than that. And clearly I can't get a straight answer from anyone there.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

They did finally process my withdrawal. Unfortunately I made the mistake of playing again winning and now it's been 5 days since I requested the withdrawal. I was assured when I asked about this because I didn't want to have the same thing happen again I was told that withdrawals are typically within 10 minutes once a player has been verified. I was verified weeks ago. I also received an email advertising their instant crypto Bitcoin withdrawals. When I inquired about that I was told usually 24 hours. Ridiculous. Once again in the same situation this casino is ridiculous. Obviously I will never make the mistake again but I would like my winnings
