However, after communicating with the casino's VIP Manager, he confirmed receipt of his winnings. We had subsequently marked the complaint as resolved.

I made request on 3rd of October 2023 and they initially said it will take 7-10 business day .Now its been more than that

No i have not made any withdrawal before this was my first one.


2. Yes i have passed the KYC verification process

3. I have accumulated my winnings through "No deposit bonus" Wagering playthrough which i successfully completed and made a minimum deposit of $10 to confirm my BTC wallet.


They approved my withdrawal on the 19th of October 2023 and they said i have to wait another 7-10 days for funds to reflect in my account .Today is the 11th day or 12th nt sure but still have not received my winnings

I spoke to the VIP Manager earlier Mr Francis and he came thru on his promise .I just received my payment today.Its sorted now thanks
