The Complaints Team investigated the issue and found that the casino in question, Lucky Legends, was not affiliated with the app the player provided. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

I’m from the UK but I’m currently in the states visiting. I won 2 different times and have t received anything. Won’t answer any of my emails or explain what’s going on. I paid good money but can’t get the money owed to me. I’m furious

Could you please specify if you passed the full KYC verification?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

When exactly did you submit your withdrawal requests? What is their current status - are they pending, or have they been processed by the casino?

I have fully verified and I’ve received my winnings before these two incidents but for lower amounts. Each time I’ve won I’ve deposited my own money. And the dates are 7/2/2024 & 7/3/2024 I’ve attached a screenshot below

We have reviewed the situation and it appears there has never been a deposit or free chip played within the casino account in question and thus no associated win or withdrawal request. Are you certain this is your only casino account GoddessRemii? We were unable to locate any secondary accounts however if one was created using different credentials it is possible we could not it find within our initial search.
