I submitted a withdrawal for a total of $404 on July 26th,2024. Since I first opened my account with lucky legends casino I have received my winnings for 3 other withdrawals I had submitted prior to this one. Each of those 3 withdrawal requests were accepted and I had received the money in my bank account the following day. Those redemption amounts were all under $100. Now that I have submitted this request for the redemption of my winnings totaling $404 i have yet to receive the winnings, the status for the request is still marked as "waiting for approval" and I have reached out to customer service both through the online casino help desk, through the help desk provided on the app as well as through email and the response I continue to get is that someone will reach out to me as soon as possible however I have yet to hear back regarding any of the tickets I have submitted regarding this issue.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
