Jenn, a player from the United States, complains about a problem of having the same IP as her daughter. Jenn and her daughter wish to play from one household, but the casino doesn't allow them to.
my daughter had come over to my house early that day and she is my Wi-Fi when over here so she makes an account gets a bonus code everything goes great so I said I want to try it I can't because she's my IP address and we have a center utility bill and my ID in order to get separate accounts or the IP address being the same that is so stupid over $100 free chips that you won't even cash out on cuz the place you're so damn high give me a break like you crazy it's not that serious
Hello Jenn.
Thank you for submitting a complaint through our website.
I am very sorry but from your message it is unclear if you have already claimed the 100 free spins bonus or you have a problem claiming it. Could you please describe your issue more clearly? Playing from the same IP is usually forbidden but some casinos make an exception in case both persons complete the KYC (know your customer) procedure and only one person claims bonuses. You should ask the casino first about creating a second account from the same IP and ask about the conditions of using the second account. Please note that in case you play with your daughter from the same IP in any casino, you risk that casino will void your winnings when you try to withdraw money.
