I have been waiting since 7/21 for winnings from LTC who are continuously saying that they are having technical issues with the payment provider. This has been going on for 6 days and they do not give you any information at all except rude, ambiguous statements saying that they have no information on when it will be fixed. They have displayed terrible customer service. I am feeling like something else is going on at LTC and would be interested in knowing if others are having this problem. This is highly unprofessional

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

My complaint isn’t directed towards the length of time. I understand that it can take a little more time in instances. However, my issue is that the Casino is stating that it’s a casino wide issue, and based on their ambiguous Attitude, and their reluctance to explain, what the reasons. Are and not giving any updates. I saw where someone else posted a complaint from the Netherlands, having the same issue with the same casino the same time as me. I’d like to know if he ever got his withdrawal because I feel like I’m being singled out because I’ve never heard of an instant pay Casino taking over a week to process a payment and not tell you a reason as to why except that they are having i issues with payment provider. I’d like to find out if everyone’s getting the same treatment as I am. It seems that. A problem as simple as IT processing withdrawals would be fixed or at least have the courtesy to explain to customers what the problem is.
