I made a $30 deposit via visa. The casino rejected it but the money was taken from my account. When I questioned they said "try again as our casino hasn’t received it" I absolutely will not try again, I may as well throw money in the wind.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Hi, I did dispute with my bank but it’s taking a really long time. Also thanks for letting me know. That’s helped to know it’s not actually the casinos fault.
