I created an Acct with this group. Not really familiar with online casinos yet and played a welcome bonus. Completed that didn’t win. So I deposited 25$ and started winning. I made it a point when I opened my account to write through chat to customer service to make sure everything was covered on their end and my N to be able to withdraw once I want. They told me it was all I needed to do was verify by email which I did. I reached an amount of $50 and I decide to withdraw and then they tell me I need to verify my information after my withdrawal was rejected. Then I was told this process would take up to a week. It did yesterday I got confirmation through email that they verified my account and I was good to go and they looked forward to having me enjoy the well-known fast with y’all process that they’re casino holds. Let me tell you they are completely wrong! I’ve tried to withdraw that same $50.10 times today at least. I’ve spoken through chat with him at least 20 times and they keep repeating the same things over and over and never can I get anywhere but more bounced around a different departments. I was so angry so upset after arguing and fighting with these people for over 12 hours that I finally just had to give up. Their ending option was that I needed to wait another week. That’s where I’m at now I just can’t believe it.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
