So I have not been verified it has been almost 10 days and I have yet to hear anything back besides a bunch of automated bs. I just want to get verified so I will be able to withdraw. Tha ks for your time.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

So I sent my verification in on January 2. I sent in a picture id front and back and a picture of me holding my id,which the verification form asked me for. I have not been replied to at all.
