Deposited with bitcoin I was advised that if deposit was made via BTC that account would be automatically verified lost my deposit got 20 spins which I completed the playthrough on now they're telling me I need account verification please help if not I'll be forced to just delete my account this is ridiculous

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Do I understand correctly that you have accumulated your winnings with a No Deposit bonus?

I deposited via BTC & as the email states account verification is not needed the next day they applied the 20 spins which yes was a no deposit bonus. But according to the email after that BTC deposit I didn't need account verification file

I have checked the general terms and conditions and this is what I found (here):


9.5. The Player acknowledges that the Casino may request certain copies of documents to verify a Player's identity once the Player makes a withdrawal for the first time.
9.5.1. The casino reserves the right to request documents of this type at any time to ensure the security of your account. These documents usually include:
The front and back of a player’s driver’s license or other official government-issued photo ID.
The player's utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity, water or telephone) showing the player's name and the address that a player previously used to register with us.
Bank statement of the card used or letter from the issuing bank.
The front and back of any credit or debit card used to make a deposit at the casino.
9.6. The Casino reserves the right to ask the player's registered financial institution to provide information about the player if necessary.


When making a deposit using cryptocurrency, the verification of your payment method isn't necessary; however, your identity verification is still required. At least, that's how it looks. Do I understand correctly that you do not wish to proceed with verification at all?
