The player from Romania is unhappy with the withdrawal limits. After the player has accumulated substantial winnings, he found out about €500 daily withdrawal limit. After contacting the casino, the player's withdrawal limit was increased to 1500€ but he still wasn't satisfied with the result. We closed this complaint as rejected as we don't have the competency to change the withdrawal limits of the casino. After reopening the complaint as per the player’s request, the casino provided a satisfying withdrawal option for the player which solved the complaint.

the withdraw limits are very low ...maximum 500 euro per day...maximum 3 transactions on pending....and he makes 2 payments maximum per week...I don't recommend ...I have 58900 euro on balance and 1500 euro withdraw on pending....the terms and conditions are abusive....with that balance you will take the money in 2 years....seriously??I asked on financial department to help me with the balance withdraw with medical problem reason and he didn't make nothing for that!!!I don't recommend to play Librabet.....no play Librabet anymore. :(

Well...im level 2...but that level is only grow only if you lose money and deposit money!but i wagger more than 100000-200000 euro in bets and the level is not growing...its a fake level system only for casino advantage!

I was very active.....but in this moment I don't want to play because the casino is not a serious brand for vip levels.I was active but the level didn't grow up......im very disappointed....I lost a lot of money on casino on my life....and after I have a "small win compare with my lost money overall" the payment is late and low withdraw money pay...please help me with this...I really need money for surgery and bank problem....I really need money for that.thank you

Well ...the resolution is not satisfied because i recieve 1500 euro per week...of course the payment is more fast but the diference is to small...at the first time i recieved 1000 euro per week and now 1500 euro....i want a fair and good solution...and now my medical problems have been advanced and i really need urgent to solve with the surgery fast...the surgery cost 52861 euro.....and i dont have money to pay ....please i realy need the money...we are talking about my life...please help me

We’ve reopened this complaint as per the player’s request. We would like to give this case one more chance to get resolved and help both involved parties to reach to a satisfactory conclusion.


I would like to ask Librabet casino why is the player's weekly withdrawal limit set to 1500€ if your terms and conditions clearly states that maximum monthly withdrawal is 10 000€. In case the player receives only 1500€ per week, he will be able to withdraw only 6000€ monthly.

Could you please provide us what is your current withdrawal limit in the casino? Please also note that the amount of pending withdrawals can't be changed by us and the casino has it strictly in their terms that the pending amount is maximum 3.
