I made a deposit by visa, but there is no visa withdrawal because.... "technical issues"
I made withdrawal by MasterCard,one week later money were back to my libraspins account, because "technical issues"
I can't get my money back, I spoke by chat and they didn't help me ,they don't know when "technical issues" can be fixed.
I'm not their first customer with experience like that . This is the worst casino ever.

First of all ,I want to say thank You for Your answer.
As I can't make a withdrawal to any of my cards,I made a bitcoin withdrawal yesterday.
They said this is the fastest, best way to transfer. Withdrawal is accepted from yesterday.
Bitcoin transfer, normally takes about 20mins.
I didn't received money on my bitcoin account,and today they told me , it takes 5 do 10 days !!
It isn't normal 🤣
